The calendar still says February, and there's still snow on the ground outside my front door, but spring arrived today.
At least in Florida.
Spring training began today for the New York Mets' pitchers and catchers. Baseball is back (sort of.) And this year, the Mets just might be good enough to win the National League East for the first time since 1988.
It's a great time to be a baseball fan.
