
Original New York Mets first baseman Ed Bouchee died this week. He was 79.
Bouchee spent seven seasons in the major leagues, playing with the Philadelphia Phillies from 1956-1960 and the Chicago Cubs in 1960 and 1961 before joining the Mets in 1962.
