The 2015 Queens Baseball Convention will take place on Saturday, January 10th, next year at McFadden’s Citi Field, according to the announcement posted at MetsPolice.com today.

WHAT IS THE QUEENS BASEBALL CONVENTION?

A mid-winter gathering of fans of baseball, held in Queens. Our design is a combination of “Fan Fest” meets “Comic Con.”

The spirit of the day is for the fans to get together, celebrate baseball in Queens, and to bring the kiddies and bring the wife.

Events will range from appearances by players, panels, trivia, mascot appearances…and a whole lot more.

Tickets are $35, and for an extra $10 you can get the t-shirt.

I missed this year’s event, though I heard nothing but good things from those who attended. Hopefully I will be able to make it next year.

Tickets are on sale at MetsPolice.com.
