I saw 35 36 regular season and one playoff baseball games this year, something that’s probably only of interest to me. I’d like to thank my friends Greg, Vinny, Kristi, Fred, Bart and everyone else that made it possible for me to see so much baseball this year.
Of the home teams I saw more than once, the Somerset Patriots are the only one that had a winning record in the games I attended. (I was surprised at how well the Mets did when I went back to check my scorecards – I remembered the losses better than the wins, I think.)

Nice!!! I averaged about 8 this year. Next season, I hope to resume my baseball vacations outside of NY-NJ again. Maybe I will have my driver’s license by then making it a little easier. I am thinking of attending the last Mets home game to celebrate my birthday, but…

Happy birthday a few days early, Suzanne – I hope that you have fun if you go. As it turns out, I was premature in putting together a “final record” post – I am planning to go to at least one Somerset Patriots playoff game, and there’s a chance I could end up going to Sunday’s Mets game.
I’d like to be able to travel to some new ballparks next season, but realistically that’s probably a couple of years from happening – I’ve been to most of the “close” ones at least once.
