Remember Rock Lords?

Earlier this week, I saw Derek Ash’s post about Rock Lords at Goodwill Hunting 4 Geeks and took a quick stroll down memory lane as I read.

Rock Lords were an odd little offshoot of Tonka’s Go-Bots toy line. Instead of transforming into cars, planes and other vehicles, the heroes and villains of the Rock Lords line turned into rocks. (They were more fun than they sound… at least they were when I was a kid.)

Tonight, I unearthed my copies of the instruction sheets for Granite and Sticks’N Stones when I was sorting through a box of random old junk. Not as fun as finding the old toys would have been, but still interesting.
