Spring training autographs, part 3

Continuing on with the signed cards I’ve gotten back from MLB spring training camps in March, we’ll start off with my first (and to date only) Mets player, outfield prospect Brandon Nimmo.

A first-round draft pick out of East HS in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Nimmo split last season between Single-A St. Lucie and Double-A Binghamton. Given his struggles at the higher level, I’d expect Nimmo to return to Binghamton to start 2015.

Jeremy Guthrie is an 11-year MLB veteran who pitched in his first World Series in 2014 for the Kansas City Royals. He had a 13-11 record with a 4.13 ERA in the regular season and owns a lifetime 83-100 mark with a 4.25 ERA heading into 2015.

Justin Grimm is a reliever for the Chicago Cubs. Last season, he posted a 5-2 record with a 3.78 ERA in 69 innings. Although he’s basically been an average MLB over his time in Chicago, Grimm has one of baseball’s best Twitter handles: @GrimmReaper51

Hopefully I’ll have more cards to show you this week. In case your missed them, check out Spring training autographs, part 1 and Spring training autographs, part 2.
