The New York Mets today unveiled the first stage of their 2016 promotions schedule, which is highlighted by a Noah “Syndergaarden” Gnome and two bobblehead giveaways.
There will also be two post-game concert nights, two fireworks nights and various other giveaways. In addition, the popular “Free Shirt Fridays” will return in 2016.
Additional promotions will be announced at a later date.
Once upon a time (when I got to plan things more than a week in advance), I looked forward to the local major league and minor league teams announcing their promotions so I could figure out which games I really wanted to go to. Maybe I’ll be available (& able to get tickets) for one of the bobblehead nights or next year’s fedora giveaway…
