1969 Mets Reunion autograph show in the works

JP’s Sports & Rock Solid Promotions is working on a 1969 Mets reunion for the March 11-13th sports card & autograph show at the Westchester County Center in White Plains, N.Y.

While Hall of Famers Tom Seaver and Nolan Ryan will not be attending, it should be a good opportunity to add some other names to your team-signed items.

Ed Charles, Jack DiLauro, Wayne Garrett, Jerry Grote, Cleon Jones, Ed Kranepool, Jim McAndrew, Ron Swoboda, Ron Taylor, and Al Weis have already been announced as guests, with prices ranging from $20-$25 per signature.

I wish I could go, but costs and travel will likely be prohibitive.

Who knows how many more times a large number of the 1969 Mets will be able to get together?

  1. Damn. Nolan’s the ONE guy I need for a photo of several ’69 Mets. (Wasn’t really expecting him to be there, but was hoping, a little.)
